Why Co-Processing in Cement Kilns?
♻️ Zero Residue
High-temperature kiln incineration at 1400°C+ ensures complete destruction of hazardous organics with zero residue — unlike dedicated incinerators that produce ash requiring further disposal.
🌍 Fossil Fuel Substitution
Every tonne of alternate fuel used displaces coal or petcoke, reducing CO₂ emissions, conserving natural resources, and helping cement plants achieve their sustainability goals.
📋 Full Regulatory Compliance
Co-processing is authorized under CPCB guidelines (July 2017) and HWM Rules 2016 — providing a safe, legal, and documented disposal pathway for industries.
